Our Heritage

Cornerstone of Faith Ministries was founded on April 23, 2006.  The Holy Spirit placed a vision in the Pastor’s heart on October 21, 2005.  The Pastor was told to leave his current charge at the Greater St. James A. M. E. Church in Thomson, Georgia, where he had served faithfully and effectively for more than four years, and to "Go East".  After sharing his vision with his family and a number of faithful friends, the Pastor, along with these dedicated and committed few, began their worship in the living room of the founding family.  There, they remained for 15 months.

To continue, on July 25, 2007, the church moved to 3070 Damascus Road Suite O where they expected to stay for several years in anticipation of growth within the church.  However, on April 1, 2008, the Pastor was awakened in the middle of the night by the Holy Spirit.  It was at this time that the future home of Cornerstone of Faith Ministries on Eastland Drive was revealed.  Subsequently, an offer was made on the property on April 2, and the seller accepted the offer on April 5, 2008.

To God be the Glory as we praise Him for the great things He has done and is doing!

We are chasing after God's heart!

Deuteronomy 4:29
